Delivery & Handling fees

Australia Wide Shipping.

All shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not charge a handling fee.

Please note: Due to quarantine restrictions in the individual states raw honey or Honey products cannot be shipped to WA.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed will be dispatched within 48 hours once payment has been received. Orders received before 1pm (AEST), Mon-Fri will be sent on the same day.

As soon as you place your order, we will email you to let you know it has been received and as soon as we have shipped your order, we will let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

Large items are not able to be posted to PO BOX address due to weight & size. All orders requested to be sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers can only ship with Australia Post.

Items are dispatched within 48hrs after payment is cleared however, please allow approximately 2-10 business days for it to arrive. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a tracking number.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment.

Any changes to address after checkout please contact us immediately to update.

Northern Nuts and Treats online is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.

As we use a third-party courier company, please understand that some issues regarding delivery are out of our control. We cannot confirm exactly when your goods will arrive, but we strive to ensure our deliveries are dispatched promptly and will work with you /the courier company where necessary to locate your goods if there is an issue.

Some of our products (like chocolate, LSA etc.) are sensitive to weather. All our goods are best kept in a cool, dark place. We cannot guarantee the state of the goods throughout the freight process and if the order is not unpacked and stored correctly within a few hours. We do not advise leaving your order outdoors for prolonged periods of time. If you are not home to receive your order, we are unable to take any responsibility for theft or spoilage.

METHOD OF DELIVERY

National delivery within 4-6 business days. Delivery times to Western Australia, and regional and remote locations in Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania may still be a little longer than usual.

Australia Post are experiencing extended delays within their network due to a significant increase in demand. Please allow for 2-3 business days on top of the above delivery timeframes.

How Can I Track my order?

Please use the tracking number for “Track and Trace” of your order.

Authority to Leave parcel.

Please be aware that once you provide Authority to Leave, you do so at your own discretion and with the full understanding that we are not to be held accountable for the order once it has been delivered.

Damages

Please contact us immediately if your delivery has been damaged. Take a picture to include with your email.

Delays.

Due to increase in National shipping, delays such as holiday/peak periods and extreme weather conditions may be experienced in receiving your parcel and is out of our control.

Do you offer International Shipping?

No. We DO NOT offer international shipping currently.
